Turned from a Maple burled piece of wood that Mark collected from Salem, OR, this vase is an artistic delight. Mark left is with a raw live edge for a rustic feel. The vase is highly spalted and figured wood. It displays Flame, birds-eye, and quilted wood patterns throughout. There are Natural openings (voids) along the side making it even more rustic and appealing.
